Terms of Service
Parties
Agent Rise Pro is operated by JEMD Holdings, LLC. These Terms govern your access to and use of Agent Rise Pro.
Subscription
Agent Rise Pro includes a 3-day free trial, followed by $19 for the first month, then $38 per month recurring. You may cancel anytime through Settings → Plans. Charges are non-refundable after they are made.
License
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Agent Rise Pro for your own insurance business while your subscription remains active.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to copy the app, its code, or its content. You may not use Agent Rise Pro software, content, brand assets, voice assets, or data to train an artificial intelligence system.
Ownership
JEMD Holdings, LLC owns all software, code, brand assets, voice assets, and content used in Agent Rise Pro. The work is copyright registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. No ownership rights transfer to subscribers.
Data and records
You are the custodian of the client records you enter. Agent Rise Pro facilitates access and is not the record custodian. Data is stored in the cloud through Supabase and may be exported at any time.
Compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with CMS requirements, state insurance regulations, carrier requirements, and other laws that apply to your business. Agent Rise Pro does not provide legal, compliance, or tax advice.
Disclaimer
Agent Rise Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.” JEMD Holdings, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JEMD Holdings, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use Agent Rise Pro.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect account information such as your email address, name, and subscription data, plus content you enter into the service, including client information, notes, recordings, and Scope of Appointment records.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, process payments, send account and billing communications, support users, and improve Agent Rise Pro.
Service providers
We use Supabase for database and storage services, Netlify for hosting, ElevenLabs for voice services, and PayPal or Payhip for payment processing. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertising partners.
Your responsibility for client data
You are the custodian of your clients’ data. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent and complying with privacy and security obligations, including HIPAA where applicable.
Retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active. You may export your data at any time. After cancellation, account data is retained for 30 days and then deleted, subject to legal or security obligations that require longer retention.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your own account data by contacting us.
Cookies
Agent Rise Pro uses minimal cookies or similar browser storage needed for authentication and session security.

Acceptable Use Policy
Use Agent Rise Pro only for lawful insurance business purposes. As a condition of access, you agree to:
- Comply with CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines, TPMO rules, Scope of Appointment requirements, state law, and carrier requirements.
- Upload only the client information necessary for legitimate business and compliance purposes, and avoid uploading PHI or HIPAA-sensitive information beyond what is necessary.
- Never use voice cloning or audio features to impersonate another person.
- Keep login credentials private and never share your account.
- Never scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to copy the app’s code, design, content, or data.
- Never use the app for spam, prohibited cold calling, unlawful marketing, or any prohibited solicitation.
Accounts that violate this policy may be suspended or terminated.
